Deletion Requests

To request deletion of room, answer, report, support, or analytics data associated with your play session, contact dhanur2@gmail.com. The operator may request reasonable verification and will confirm completion or explain any lawful retention exception. The production workflow does not confirm a request until a fresh post-deletion Redis log compaction has completed and been verified.

What To Include

Include only the room code, approximate date and time, nickname used, and data type needed to locate the record. Do not send another person's private information. Limited data may be retained when necessary for security, abuse prevention, safety, legal compliance, or platform-policy enforcement.

Retention

Active room data becomes inaccessible and expires after 6 hours of inactivity by default. Obsolete commands in the local Redis recovery log are compacted on a verified schedule; in a healthy deployment, residual log history is bounded to 6 hours 25 minutes after logical expiry. Reports are deleted after 548 days by default unless an authorized responder places a durable, audited safety or legal hold; held reports remain exempt until that hold is released after review. Raw analytics events are deleted after 730 days by default. De-identified aggregates may be retained longer. Backup staging files are access-restricted, transferred to encrypted off-host storage, and aged out under a limited backup lifecycle.
